Huskies in need of better effort in game two against Navigators

first_imgThe Fort St. John Huskies will be back on the ice tonight for game two of their NWJHL semi final series against the North Peace Navigators. The Huskies fell in game one 6-1 and had the coaching staff calling out their lack of hard work after the game.That along with defensive breakdowns and poor decisions with break out passes plagued the team in Saturday’s opener and they’ll need to play smarter hockey this evening if they hope to steal home ice advantage against the NWJHL’s top team from the regular season.The game can be heard live on Moose FM with the pregame show starting at 7:45 and the opening faceoff to follow shortly thereafter at 8 p.m.- Advertisement –last_img
