Visit of Russian frontiersmen is quite an event, told Sevastopol Coast Guard Flotilla Deputy Commander Capt 2 rank Yury Aleinikov to RIA Novosti.“We are very pleased to host Russian counterparts for the first time in 20 years; we have been fruitfully cooperating with them for a long time. Through 3 days of their visit we’re going to practice joint maneuvering, detention tactics, and some other special elements.
