AC examine Ibrahimovic’s injury, say no threat to career

However, medical tests on Tuesday revealed good news, with the injury affecting his calf and no damage to the Achilles.A Milan statement read: “Zlatan Ibrahimovic suffered an injury to the soleus muscle of his right calf.“The Achilles tendon is perfectly intact. An examination will be carried out in 10 days.”Ibrahimovic has managed four goals since re-joining the Italians following the end of his contract with LA Galaxy.His future at the San Siro was already up in the air with Bologna manager Sinisa Mihajlovic claiming he would leave the club at the end of his deal.
